The irony is strong here.

this is an actual conundrum for old timey black smiths. The only way to make black smithing tools was through black smithing.

This actually seems like a more logical way to open these stupid packs than using scissors.

Angle grinders come in cardboard boxes. Start there.

Reminds me of the time I was going to take a rental car on a road trip through the western US. I stocked up on provisions and supplies at a Salt Lake City Walmart and then off I went.  When it came time to make dinner on the road, I discovered that the paring knife I had purchased could not be removed from the blister pack without a knife.  Geez.  I ended up clumsily tearing at the plastic with the car key until I finally extracted the blade from its prison.

I use tin snips for that style of packaging.  I hate that crap.

I’ve played Minecraft, you just have to start by punching trees and pretty soon you’ll be good to go!

Do you watch AvE on YouTube? He likes to kick off a lot of his tool review videos by using some alternate method (overkill) to opening the packaging. Always cracks me up.

I have one of these.

When the fasteners loosen and the bits won’t stay put... well, you can see the problem.
